Return & Exchange Policy
- At Waiz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure every product is delivered in good condition.Â
- If the product is found faulty or damaged upon receiving, customers are eligible for an exchange.
- If a customer wishes to return a product, they must bear the delivery charges for the return.
- Products must remain unopened and unused in their original packaging to qualify for return.
- Return and exchange requests should be made within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
