Return & Exchange Policy

  1. At Waiz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure every product is delivered in good condition. 
  2. If the product is found faulty or damaged upon receiving, customers are eligible for an exchange.
  3. If a customer wishes to return a product, they must bear the delivery charges for the return.
  4. Products must remain unopened and unused in their original packaging to qualify for return.
  5. Return and exchange requests should be made within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
