- Damaged or defective item (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

- If the product package has been opened
- If the item has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
- If the complaint is made after 24 hours of receiving the item
- For minor variations in color due to lighting or screen display
